Stuart is our Technical Manager and joined Catesby Estates in 2026 and is involved in the delivery of all technical elements at pre-planning stage.
A technical specialist with a background in engineering consultancy and housebuilding
Stuart has over 15 years’ experience working as civil engineering consultant, and 5 years as an engineer for housing developers.
Key responsibilities included delivering full detailed engineering packages for residential, industrial, and commercial schemes from site inception through to construction.
He also has experience of new site appraisals, liaison with public authorities, overcoming challenges during construction and managing asset adoptions.
Stuart enjoys overcoming technical challenges to unlock land for new homes.
